Shipping Policy
We value our customers time & money and hence strive to ensure that they receive their purchased product in the finest of conditions, on or before the committed date. In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Etc.

Delivery Timeline: 

  • Pan India - While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 5 - 7 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 5 - 7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 7 - 10 working days

  • International Shipping will take around 10 - 15 working days to deliver to the address

Shipping Charges:

  • Pan India: We charge a flat Rs.50 for providing the fastest and secured delivery of the product.

  • International Shipping charges will vary from country to country and the number of pieces ordered will be calculated at the end of the Shopping Cart. Customers are responsible for any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes that may apply to their purchase.Payment is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 48 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

  • If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at (+91 8422890558)  or mail us at info@easyfeed.in mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Order Delay / Cancellations due to delay
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Easy Feed. You can email us at info@easyfeed.in for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your same Card Account.

The customer is requested to agree and not to dispute the decision made by the team of Easy Feed and accept the decisions regarding the cancellation of Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval has been given through info@easyfeed.in
